This year, PVR Cinema has announced a brand new offer for movie lovers to celebrate Cinema Lovers Day on January 20 which will surely be a real treat to them.
PVR Cinemas offers a special movie ticket price of just Rs 99 for all of the movies that will be shown on January 20 in their cinemas nationwide. If we compare the normal price range of Rs. 200-300 to this price, it is indeed a huge discount. Multiplex theatres like Inox and CinePolis also offer similar discounts.
PVR Cinema Lovers Day Offer @99
According to PVR Cinemas, on Cinema lovers day, they will be offering tickets at Rs 99 for any movie, any show as a way to celebrate the magic of movies on this magical day.
However, there are some conditions applied to this offer. The offer is only valid for mainstream seats. Recliner seats will have the same rate as those with IMAX, 4DX experiences. Also, the offer is not valid everywhere in India. It’s only available in Tier 1 cities.
The offer is available to Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Karnataka, and Andhra Pradesh with a value of Rs 100. In addition to the offer, movie lovers will have to pay taxes to avail of this offer, which means that the ticket price will be around Rs 110 – 110. You can take advantage of this offer only on the 20th of January.
Last year, on September 23, 2022, a similar offer was made to celebrate National Cinema Day. More than 6.5 million moviegoers attended the event across 4000+ screens, making it a success.
It is also expected that the reduction in ticket prices will also increase the sales of tickets for Avatar: The Way of Water, “Ved”, “Avatar”, Hollywood animation “Puss in Boots”, “Kuttey”, “Varisu”, ” Thunivu” and “Kashmir Files”, which are all expected to be released again in theaters this week at just Rs 99 each. The snacks and beverages rate, on the other hand, will not decrease. The price will be the same as listed in the theatre stalls.
