Thanks to the LIVE streaming partner, the Indian Premier League in 2023 (IPL2023) will be bigger and better than ever before. According to Exchange4media, Jio plans to stream the IPL for free. A free live stream of IPL 2023 will be provided by Jio to reach a larger audience.
Live streaming of IPL 2023 will be available on the Jio Cinema App thanks to Viacom18-Reliance, which has acquired digital broadcast rights from the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI).
This season, there will be two separate MEDIA RIGHTS Partners for the first time in IPL history. The Indian Premier League will be broadcast LIVE on both Star Sports Network and Viacom18 in 2023. This season, the streaming partner is reportedly planning to take a different approach to attract advertisers. It is Viacom18’s intention to sell its inventory in a similar way to how it is sold on television rather than selling through advertising impressions.
The ruling is expected to result in a different IPL season this year. In a recent announcement, Jio Cinema announced that this year it would provide free live coverage of the IPL. This new league will reach a larger audience thanks to its inclusion of other languages.
